She is also certified through the Maine Association of REALTORS® for Grievance & Professional Standards as well as Ombuds & Mediation.

Katie was honored as a recipient of NAR’s 30 Under 30, becoming the only awardee from Maine in more than 15 years—and the first woman to receive the recognition. She founded the Kennebec Valley Board of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and has dedicated countless hours to leadership, serving on numerous committees and task forces at both the local and state levels. Katie is the Past President of the Kennebec Valley Board of REALTORS® and a former Director of the Maine Association of REALTORS®.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Thomas College. Beyond real estate, Katie is a State of Maine Notary and has coached basketball at multiple levels, including at her alma mater, where she previously scored over 1,000 points as a collegiate athlete.
